Built by HH Smith & Sons, this luxury apartment development needed a website and various marketing services to drive awareness of the features and benefits of the property and to develop this interest into sales and rentals of each apartment.

We designed and built the Cottonfields website ensuring that it was easy for prospects to contact the developers through the site, whilst keeping the website clean and easy to use. We also organised banners and flyers to promote the development to a target audience and then distributed these appropriately.

This has led to several apartment sales and the remainder of the property fully rented. Hits to the website are now X per day / week and there is an average of x completed contact us forms which are developed into leads from a captive audience.
